Some make-me-smile moments

Who hasn't made "bum-prints" before?

Hailey and Emma sleep in the same bed almost nightly now.

This was my favorite moment at the reunion. I think is was because Tyler loved having "control" over his big tough Dad.

This Grandpa can fall asleep ANYWHERE.

Geez they are peculiar...

The annual rankings (the Princeton Review survey) list the nation's "Stone-Cold Sober Schools." Topping that list was Utah's Brigham Young University for the 11th consecutive year.

I am turning into a bragging machine.......mainly because I can't find my camera charger so all I can do is write about the action

-Nate is number 1 Business Banker in Utah county (and most likely Utah, but can't clarify it as of now). We get to go on a weekend getaway to fabulous, exotic, never-been-to.........................Las Vegas. See you there momma and family!

puuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuke

Darn it I NEED my camera. This weekend was one to document. Sweet old Papa gave us a SMOKING deal so we now have an awesome Suburban. We decided to take it camping and went up to Browne Lake and grilled hamburgers and toasted Smore's. Yum! We can do this more often now because Mason and I slept like babies in the warm Burb. Bad news: The "food poisoning" I got last weekend wasn't food poisoning at all but a nasty stomach virus. Lucky us it decided to rear it's ugly head in the back seat/tent through the mouths of Ty and Emma. Poor kids. But really poor Nate. Imagine cleaning up 8 vomits in a crowded tent with only wipes all night long. Thank goodness it was a 12-hour-er only. And thank goodness I had a warm car to sleep in away from the puuuuuuuuuuuuke!! (Props to Nate because he didn't even come wake me up, plus the only two pillows to be barfed on were his. Ha ha ha ha ha).

Only 5 more years to go.

That's right. As a family we are HALFWAY THROUGH THE BOOK OF MORMON. One page most nights=a decade to finish. Talk about a turtle's pace...

(I will update our progress in 2013)

Stress, tests, and relief.

I was going to keep quiet but whatever. Nate took the LSAT for law school and KILLED it. (In a good way.) We have lots to think about and have no news yet. (And won't for awhile). Married to that man sure is roller coaster. Also, Kyle did great on the test. He took it the same time and is wanting to go to Cal Western asap. Since we are on good test scores for college, my brother-in-law Ron did fabulous on the MCAT and is looking at Texas. Rob is a smarty.
That is all.
